New, Small Land Rover To Be Built
If you’ve always been put off shelling out for a Land Rover by the sheer size of most of their models then you might want to keep your eyes peeled over the next year or so. The carmaker has confirmed that the LRX Concept, the smallest, lightest and most efficient of the models in the range will be the newest addition to the Range Rover lineup. The car will go into production next year and hit the shelves in 2011. The LRX Concept will apparently be true to its heritage in design, featuring traditional Range Rover traits including the signature clamshell bonnet, the floating roof and the solid ‘wheel-at-each-corner’ stance.
